LIFE'S A PARTY

I remember when I was young
Standing there in my little pink dress
Looking up at my mom and asking
“Do you think he will like it?”

Now I’m finding myself
Standing in my room, trying on clothes
Asking myself about the same guy

Ever since that one summer
When we said "fairwell" in the woods
At that super-cool playground
I’ve never stopped loving you

Sometimes I tend to wonder
If you still think about that
When you look me in the eye
I have this feeling that you do

I strive for your attention
But your such a dumbass
You can’t even recognize love
Even when it hits you in the head

We live in this tiny secluded world
Where things are peaceful
Where everyone is happy
Where everything is “just right”.

You ever think it was a cover up?
You ever think our perfect little world
Wasn’t so perfect and peaceful?
That things weren’t “just right”?

I used to believe it all
With their well-kept things
And their happy, smiling, families
Yet, It seemed to good to be true.

In fact it was all fake
It looked good on the outside
But when you looked deeper
It was nothing but lies.

I too, lied, and covered things up
When things weren’t going so well
In order to keep our “perfect world”, perfect
We would keep everything “hush-hush”.

But we slipped up
Some of our secrets were no more
People found out, and talked to other people
They all knew our secret.

Now, they all felt bad
But would never say anything
To help heal our wounds
Yet people would still gossip.

We weren’t the only ones
Everyone else covered their problems
Ours just distracted their attention
And made them temporarily forget about their own.

It’s happening again
But to someone else now
I’m glad it’s not me but
It still hurts seeing it all again.

So once again...
I live in a “perfect” world
Where bad things never happen
Or do they?


Everything is falling apart. I don't know what to do. Things seem fine, but arn't. Yet I still cover everything up will a laugh or a smile.

On a much happier note....Six days untill school is out! :-) I can't wait! And Three days until my first day of work! (I work at Wade Stadium for the Huskies)

This break was the best yet.
I basically hung out with Amber EVERYDAY.
Whether it was spending the night at my hous.
Or at her house.
We hung out with each other.
All we did was "chill" with Orie, Troy, and Max.
Orie has a nice house.
I love hanging out with Amber.

Yea. If you have not heard, I might change my hairstyle dramatically.
I might get dread locks.
Now, most people didn't like that idea.
And I argued with a couple people saying, let me be me.
If it turns out ugly and I hate it, I'll grow it out.
End of story.
But then again, some people thought I would look good with them.
Such as: Amber, my sister, my sister's friend sammie (of which has dreads), and most importantly, my mom.
I think, either by the end of school year/begining of summer I will have dreads.
And I am excited.
If you don't think I will look good with them, then that is fine.
I respect your opinion.
But respect mine.

Went to the show at Luce on friday.
With Derek, Haley, Emily, and Amber.
It sucked.
I've had more fun at other shows.
The band sucked, and everyone there sucked.
We sat at a table the whole time doing nothing.
Didn't even get to go kill dinosuars with Derek.
Lame.
Real lame.
What a waste of 5 dollars.
If those ishy bands play again...
You won't see me there.
Because they suck.
If those ishy people that make me mad are there again...
You won't see me there.
Becuase they are lame.
I am a bit mad.
No...not really.
If people want to be lame...
Then I won't associate with them anymore.

Ok. So...Friday night. Derek, Megan, Haley, Emily, and I were all going to go to the show at Luce. Megan couldn't go, Haley got in trouble and couldn't go. Same with Derek. So It was just Emily and I. And boy, was it fun! Emily pulled me into the mosh pit. It was the fucking scariest thing VER! It was fun...don't get me wrong...but it was scary. I also hung out with AMBER! That was fun.

THEN...

Saturday night. Holy Moly. My mom was out of town. Derek, Megan, Haley, and KP ALL came over. It was SO MUCH FUN! It was crazy. I loved it. We must do it again. Haley left at about 10:30. Then Megan and KP left at about 12-12:30. Derek spent the night. THE NIGHT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!

What the hell? I can't do anything right. I misunderstood someone and that cost me a friendship that I will miss. Everything that goes right in my life I ALWAYS seem to find a way to fuck it up. Always. I can never keep my mouth shut. I can never do anything right. Never. I go to my mom for help but she just somehow twists it and makes it sound like everything is my fault. (Not just talking about present events) Everthing. But I am done. I am done with everyone and everthing. Why? Because I make everything to dramatic. I have made LJ a lot more dramatic. So I guess this is good-bye. Good-bye everyone. I will miss you deeply.
